About us

General Manager – Adrienne Farrelly

Since 1994, Adrienne Farrelly has been helping expatriates find their homes in Shanghai. She has worked for Xinhua Housing Agency, a Japanese real estate firm and Hong Kong’s DTZ Debenham Tie Leung.

Adrienne has been responsible for taking care of the US Consulate General’s housing needs and negotiated tenancy leases for two US Consul Generals. She also assisted the US Consulate in moving many of their families to a new compound. Other Consulate Generals she has taken care of include two Italian Consul Generals, the Hungarian Consul General, Austrian & Turkish Vice-Consul Generals.

Apart from diplomatic clients she has negotiated numerous tenancy contracts for Multi National Companies. Some of her clients include Alcatel, Bayer, BHP, Carrefour, Credit Agricole Indosuez, Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Bank, Haarmann Hemmelrath & Partner, Lufthansa, Microsoft, Nicholson International, Price Waterhouse, Shell and Southcorp Holdings.

Foreign National Agents

We have experienced foreign national agents from Australia, Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and the USA. All our agents have lived in Shanghai for over two years and have undergone thorough training in property searches and inspections. Each agent has local support staff to assist them when needed.
