A prospective tenant can get lower rentals if they follow some of the advice below:
路Pay rent on quarterly basis
路Don鈥檛 request for extra items
路Don鈥檛 ask to remove items
路Pay rent in USD
路Sign a longer lease term than requested
路Take the property unfurnished (if not furnished)
路Commence the contract as soon as possible
